Extended Payment Plan
• 15% Deposit due at registration
• Remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments
• Automatic drafts scheduled on the 1st of each month

Billing & Payment Policies
Payment Deadlines
• All balances must be paid in full before the first day of camp.
• Payment plans must be established by May 17, 2026.
• Registrations made after May 17 require payment in full at enrollment.
Automatic Drafts & Late Payments
• Payment plans are automatically drafted on scheduled dates.
• A $25 late fee will be added for any declined or missed payment.
• Accounts that become past due may be suspended until brought current.
• Services are provided on a prepaid basis.
Credit Card & ACH Authorization
• By enrolling, you authorize Elite to charge the card or bank account on file for scheduled payments.
• If a payment is declined, we will notify you and continue attempting payment until the balance is resolved.
• It is the parent’s responsibility to update payment information promptly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation Window
• Cancellations are free from January 1 – May 1.
• Full refund issued during this window (excluding registration and processing fees if applicable).

Standard Cancellation (After May 1)
• 50% refund available if canceled at least 10 days before camp begins.
• No refunds within 10 days of the camp start date.
• No refunds once camp has begun.

100% Refund Option
• 100% refund available if Active.com refund protection is purchased.
• Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before camp begins.
Transfers
• Self-transfers are permitted up to 10 days before camp begins.
• Transfers are not allowed within 10 days of the start date.
Billing Errors
• Parents must notify us of any billing errors within 15 days of invoice issuance.
• After 15 days, invoices will be considered accurate.
Failure to Pay / Collections
• Accounts not brought current may be sent to a third-party collection agency.
• Collection fees of no less than $150 may apply.
• Any external legal or agency fees will be the responsibility of the account holder.
