Camp Description
Traditional Martial Arts programs that help improve confidence, increase focus and develop self control and discipline. These are important for everyone, adults, children and teenagers alike – but especially for children. Students learn in a safe, fun environment where they can learn to make positive choices, get physically fit and develop life skills that will last a lifetime. Self-defense is a countermeasure that involves defending oneself, one’s property or the well-being of another from physical harm. The use of the right of self-defense as a legal justification for the use of force in times of danger.
Tuition includes: Five days of instruction, before / after camp, and a Wednesday field trip.

DAILY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE
The units taught will change each day listed below is a sample schedule.
- 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM CHECK IN
- 9:00 AM CLASS ANNOUNCEMENTS / WARM UP
- 9:30 AM READY POSITION: JHOON BEE JASEH AND FORM: GI CHO HYUNG SAM BU
- 10:00 AM SNACK / BATHROOM BREAK
- 10:15 AM FORM: GI CHO HYNUNG IL BU AND STUDENT PARINGS
- 11:45 AM REVIEW FORMS
- 12:00 PM LUNCH
After lunch ALL campers will be placed into age groups and will participate in counselor led activities and attend a FRIDAY Field Trip.

- 2:00 PM SELF REGULATED STUDENT – LED GAMES
- 3:00 PM OUTSIDE PLAY
- 4:00 PM QUIET REFLECTIVE TIME

FRIDAY FIELD TRIP
The Jungle Movement Academy • 2701 Gattis School Rd 100C Round Rock, TX 78664
Campers will be bussed to The Jungle Movement Academy in Round Rock, TX right outside of Austin. Campers will be exposed to not only other forms of Martial Arts, but activities like parkour, ninja warrior, aerials, trampoline, rock climbing, and so much more. Campers will play games such as dodgeball, ninja tag, save the animals, etc. Participate in an obstacle course and have plenty of free time to explore and play in the gym.
