Contemporary Art Camp:
Gallery Kids
Young artist will dive into the exciting world of contemporary art through: painting, sculpture, collage, and mixed media design. Each day, campers will explore a different modern art style and experiment with new materials to express their creativity. River Oaks campers will visit Meow Wolf for inspiration. Contemporary Art Camp features include a guest artist and an end of week gallery showcase.

Daily Activity Schedule
- 9:00 AM ART CAMP BEGINS
- 9:00 AM INSTRUCTOR DEMO
- 9:30 AM SPLIT INTO GROUPS
- 9:45 AM CREATION BEGINS
- 11:00 AM REVIEW AND SHOWCASE
- 11:45 AM CLEANING WORKSPACE
- 12:00 PM LUNCH
After lunch ALL campers will be placed into age groups and will participate in counselor led activities.
- 1:00 – 3:00 PM PM PHYS-ED, S.T.E.M., OR CONTINUE ART PROJECT
- 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM REGULAR PICK UP
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM EXTENDED DAY & PARENT PICK UP
