Culinary Arts Camp: $375 • Ages 6 – 12 • M-F • 7AM – 6PM
Camp Dates: June 27, 2022 – July 1, 2022 • Limit 25 Campers
Elite University Summer Camp is proud to host another year of Culinary Arts Camp! This year our campers will work with a chef to cook a daily meal. Campers will be split into small groups and learn to cook as a team. Camp units include: following recipes. safety prep, meal prep, measuring, cutting, and gastronomy.

Daily Activity Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM CHECK IN
- 9:00 AM COOKING CAMP BEGINS
- 9:00 AM HAND WASHING, CLEANING SPACE
- 9:30 AM SPLIT INTO COOKING GROUPS
- 9:45 AM READ RECIPE & PREPARE INGREDIENTS
- 10:00 AM MEASURE & MIX INGREDIENTS
- 11:00 AM COOKING INSTRUCTION & COOKING
- 11:45 AM CLEANING KITCHEN
- 12:00 PM LUNCH
After lunch ALL campers will be placed into age groups and will participate in counselor led activities.
- 1:00 PM PHYS-ED, MUSIC, S.T.E.M., OR ART
- 2:00 PM SELF REGULATED STUDENT – LED GAMES
- 3:00 PM OUTSIDE PLAY
- 4:00 PM QUIET REFLECTIVE TIME
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM PARENT PICK UP
Friday Field Trip
Good Earth Organic Farm • 8571 FM272, Celeste, TX 75423 • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Campers will be bussed to Good Earth Organic Farm in Celeste, TX. Campers will experience a talk given by farm staff followed by a tour of the farm and their sustainable practices. They will explore the garden and learn about things such as sustainable farm practices, composting, and growing their own food. Campers will be able to pick certain fruits and veggies on the farm and have a picnic!
