Weekly Field Trips
What to Expect
Every week includes a field trip. Some specialty camps even include multiple excursions — giving children real-world connection to what they’re learning.
End of Week Celebrations
What To Expect
Fridays are for celebration. Showcases, water days, awards, and moments of pride close out each week with joy and accomplishment.
Guided Activites & Structured Play
What To Expect
Camp days include directed physical education — obstacle courses, rock wall climbing, archery, team games — alongside outdoor play and structured enrichment blocks.
Small Campus / Low Ratios
What To Expect
We intentionally cap enrollment at approximately 60–65 campers per campus, maintaining a low 10:1 ratio to ensure attention, safety, and meaningful connection.
Getting the Family Ready for Summer Camp
Summer camp is not just a transition for your child — it’s a transition for the whole family. Whether it’s mom, dad, a grandparent, or a nanny handling drop-off and pick-up, everyone involved should feel confident, informed, and prepared. Here’s how to make sure your entire family is ready for a smooth and successful start.
01. Become Familiar With The Location
Before camp begins:
• Drive by the campus
• Observe traffic during drop-off and pick-up hours
• Note signage, parking flow, and nearby landmarks
• Consider how the location fits into your daily routine
Knowing exactly where you’re going reduces stress on Day One.
02. Schedule A Campus Tour
We strongly encourage families to tour before the first day.
• Complete the Contact Us Form and request a tour.
• Bring your child with you
• Let them meet at least one team member
• Allow them to see the space in advance
Children feel more confident when the environment is familiar.
Parents and caregivers should feel confident too.
03. Review Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures
Elite uses a structured valet-style system for safety and efficiency.
Before the first day:
• Review procedures carefully
• Ensure every adult involved understands the process
• Confirm anyone picking up has the required number and ID
At pick-up:
• A pick-up number must be present
• A valid ID is required
• Children will not be released without both
Safety is non-negotiable.
04. Review The Daily Structure
Elite uses a structured valet-style system for safety and efficiency.
Before the first day:
• Review procedures carefully
• Ensure every adult involved understands the process
• Confirm anyone picking up has the required number and ID
At pick-up:

05. What About Food?
Families may choose to pack daily lunches and snacks or enroll in our optional weekly meal plan. View the meal plan menu.
Our meal plan includes:
• Two daily snacks
• A balanced hot lunch
• Kid-friendly, familiar options
• Clear allergy-awareness protocols
Whether you pack or enroll, you’ll know exactly what to expect before the first day.
Food should feel simple — not stressful.
06. Prepare For The First Day
A smooth first morning sets the tone.
• Pack a labeled backpack
• Include water bottle and required items
• Do not send toys or sentimental items
• Talk your child through what to expect
Keep goodbye calm and confident.
Children mirror adult energy.
