Camp Description
Exotic Animals have excited us since we could first visit the city zoo! This year our young vets will learn what goes into taking care of these animals. How do you create a meal plan for a lion? How are dolphins raised in captivity? How does one become an vet to treat exotic animals? What are their ailments and how do you keep an exotic animal healthy and happy? Activities include visit from an exotic zoo, a field to an exotic zoo, an in person dissection / anatomy lecture, and fun art activities.

DAILY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE
- 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM CHECK IN
- 9:00 AM CAMP BEGINS / INTRODUCTION TO ZOOLOGY
- 10:00 AM ANATOMY OF EXOTIC ANIMALS
- 11:00 AM GROUP PROJECT
- 11:45 AM CLEAN UP AND REVIEW
- 12:00 PM LUNCH
After arriving back to camp or lunch ALL campers will be placed into age groups and will participate in counselor led activities.

- 3:00 PM SELF REGULATED STUDENT – LED GAMES
- 4:00 PM OUTSIDE PLAY
- 5:00 PM QUIET REFLECTIVE TIME

TGR Exotic Wildlife Ranch • 22115 Sherrod Lane, Spring, TX 77389
The TGR Exotic Wildlife Park consists of nearly 100 animals from African Crested Porcupines to Wallaroos! Campers will get up close and personal with some of the most exotic, fascinating, and engaged animals. Elite campers will have the amazing experience of petting kangaroos and the quills of a porcupine. Campers will also take a guided tour, go behind the scenes and learn directly from the specialists that take care of these exotic animals.
