How the Meal Plan Works

Planned Weekly Meals

Each week, Elite selects meals directly from the Dish Society menu to create a structured lunch plan for campers. Healthy snacks are sourced from local grocers to keep children energized throughout the day. 

Built Into the Camp Day

Meals and snacks are served at consistent times and are fully integrated into the daily camp schedule. Campers recieve AM and PM snacks with a full hot lunch each day.

No Packing Required

Families who choose the meal plan do not need to pack lunches or snacks. Everything is provided on-site and on field trip days. The result is, simpler mornings and one less thing to think about during the summer.

What is The Meal Plan?

The Elite Meal Plan is an optional add-on that provides campers with a catered hot lunch from Dish Society, along with AM and PM snacks each day. Meals are pre-selected weekly by Elite, include fruit and a balanced side, and are fully integrated into the camp schedule — including field trip days. Families who choose the meal plan do not need to pack lunch or snacks.

Is The Meal Plan Required?

No. The meal plan is optional and selected during the registration process. Families may choose to pack a lunch and snacks instead.

How Much is the Meal Plan?

The meal plan is $65 per week.

What Does The Meal Plan Include?

The meal plan includes:

Morning snack

Hot catered lunch prepared by Dish Society

Afternoon snack

Meals are provided on-site and on field trip days. The menu does not include nuts or pork.

What food preferences and dietary information do families provide?

During registration, families participating in the meal plan are asked to provide:

• Vegetarian preference (if applicable)

• No pork / no beef preferences (if applicable)

• Food allergies (required if applicable)

• Up to three foods their child will not eat

This information allows our team to plan meals safely and appropriately.

How Does the Meal Plan Ordering Work?

Lunches are planned and ordered in advance for large groups of children across multiple Elite locations.

Each week, families receive the Dish Society menu in the camp newsletter. From this menu, Elite creates a weekly lunch plan.

Meals are assigned internally based on information provided during registration.

Do Parents or Campers Choose Daily Meals?

No. Daily meal selections, substitutions, or changes are not offered.

Meals are planned and assigned by Elite to ensure consistency, safety, and efficient service.

Families are always welcome to pack a lunch if preferred.

How Are Vegetarian Meals Handled?

Vegetarian campers are provided a vegetarian option based on the Dish Society menu.

Does The Menu Change From Week to Week?

While the full Dish Society menu remains consistent, Elite selects different meal offerings each week from a rotating list of 10 – 12 options. This allows us to provide vriety throughout the summer, including both meat and vegetarian selections. 

Does The Menu Include Dairy

Yes. Some menu items include dairy.

Is The Meal Plan Provided on Field Trip Days?

Yes. Lunch and snacks are provided on field trip days. Meals are served off-campus so campers remain fully covered throughout the day.

What If My Child Does Not Like The Provided Lunch?

Families may always send a packed lunch if preferred.
