Camp Description
Elite U is excited to add Camp Water Sports to our Camp Steiner Schedule! This field trip based camp. Our campers will be bussed to three locations to go: wakeboarding, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming. All students will be provided a life jacket, adult supervision, as well as professional instruction. We are proud to partner with local vendors Rowing Dock and 360 Splash!
Campers will need the following: swimsuit • change of clothes • backpack • water bottle • sack lunch • insulated lunch bag • snacks
If your camper is on the meal plan all meals and snacks will be provided

FIELD TRIPs
Kayaking & Paddle Boarding

Campers will be bussed from St. Lukes on the Lake to Rowing Dock in Austin for a day of various water activities like kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Rowing Dock is located on the beautiful Lady Bird Lake. Campers will be required to wear lifejackets and supervised by Rowing Dock & Elite U staff members.
Jet Skiing and Wake Tubing

360 Bridge Lake Austin
Splash 360 is known as the area’s finest jet ski and boat rental shop! Campers will be able to soak up the sun, enjoy a ski boat experience with the guidance of a water sports professional. Campers will also have several rides on the wake tube. All boats will be driven by Splash 360 Boat Camptains. All children will be provided life jackets.
Swimming

Barton Springs is a set of four natural water springs located at Barton Creek on the grounds of Zilker Park in Austin, Texas, resulting from water flowing through the Edwards Aquifer. The largest spring, Main Barton Spring supplies water to Barton Springs Pool, a popular recreational destination in Austin.

Campers will test their skills on the monkey bars or rock wall! Our youngsters will have fun racing their camp mates while trying to conquer the hurdles and wiggle bridge or the many slides and obstacle course features ATX has to offer. This amazing open water obstacle course combination offers endless challenges and fun! From flat to high, the aquatic playground has something for everyone!

Campers will be bussed from St. Lukes on the Lake to Volente Beach Resort & Waterpark for a fun-filled day of swimming, waterslides, and waves. Volente is the only lakeside beach and waterpark in Texas!! Students will be led in small groups around the park to go on rides and all the different kinds of pools Volente has to offer.
